This User Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) is a legally binding contract between you (\u201cuser,\u201d \u201cyou,\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d) and ATA C-Wallet. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-scope-of-agreement\"><strong>1. Scope of Agreement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 <strong>Services Covered<\/strong>: This Agreement applies to your use of ATA C-Wallet\u2019s website, mobile applications, and any related products or services (collectively referred to as &#8220;Services&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 <strong>Acceptance<\/strong>: By registering for an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3 <strong>Modifications<\/strong>: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-eligibility\"><strong>2. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 <strong>Prohibited Activities<\/strong>: You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-use-of-the-services\"><strong>4. Use of the Services<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 <strong>Permitted Use<\/strong>: The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized by ATA C-Wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 <strong>Compliance with Laws<\/strong>: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3 <strong>Transaction Limitations<\/strong>: We may impose limits on transaction amounts or frequencies for security and regulatory purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-fees-and-payments\"><strong>5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1 <strong>No Warranty<\/strong>: The Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d without warranties of any kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.2 <strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong>: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATA C-Wallet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"9-termination\"><strong>9. Termination<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>9.1 <strong>By You<\/strong>: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.2 <strong>By Us<\/strong>: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.3 <strong>Effect of Termination<\/strong>: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
